+ Jack &#8211; Upper West Side Family Session"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>They are such a gorgeous family!\u00a0 Sophia is cute as can be, all smiles and giggles for our session and Baby Jack looks just like his dad.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve known their parents since college and we re-connected through my old college roommate <a title=\"Meet Finn Thomas\" href=\"http:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/2012\/01\/meet-finn-thomas\/\">Megan<\/a>, who recommended me to them for family photos.\u00a0 This is a perfect time to document their growing family with Jack born just 2 weeks before our session.\u00a0 We started out in their apartment and headed out to Riverside Park on a perfect fall evening.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img
