{"id":6682,"date":"2012-08-06T09:26:12","date_gmt":"2012-08-06T13:26:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/?p=6682"},"modified":"2012-08-06T09:26:12","modified_gmt":"2012-08-06T13:26:12","slug":"meridith-mondays-vol-16","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/meridith-mondays-vol-16\/","title":{"rendered":"Meridith Monday&#8217;s Vol 16"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wow- I can&#8217;t believe I&#8217;ve been keeping up with these weekly posts for 3 months now!\u00a0 I think because of the easy writing format I&#8217;m more inclined to sit and write these posts out to share with you.\u00a0 Plus keeping on a schedule with a deadline keeps me in check. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6686\" title=\"pics week 16\" src=\"http:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/pics-week-16.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/pics-week-16.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/pics-week-16-300x100.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/>Over the past week I:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attended my first book club meeting- it was nice to get back to reading again!\u00a0 Hope to continue these meetings to keep me on track.<\/li>\n<li>Weeded half the driveway and then sprayed weed killer so we don&#8217;t have this problem again- hoping it works!!<\/li>\n<li>Had our neighbor over for dinner.\u00a0 The rest of his family is enjoying time in Italy but he stayed home so it was nice to have him over with us.<\/li>\n<li>Picked about 19 cucumbers out of the neighbors garden- since they are away I&#8217;ve been harvesting for them:)\u00a0 I&#8217;m going to try pickling, we shall see how that goes.<\/li>\n<li>Had a lovely dinner at <a title=\"Satis Restaurant\" href=\"http:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/2011\/02\/satis-restaurant\/\" target=\"_blank\">Satis Bistro<\/a> in Jersey City with Chris, my parents and Aunt Carolyn who is in from Chicago visiting.<\/li>\n<li>Photographed some of my favorite clients at<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stonebarnscenter.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Stone Barns<\/a>&#8211; I loved seeing all the kids growing up- 2 I haven&#8217;t seen since they were newborns!\u00a0 This is one of the best things about my job!<\/li>\n<li>Had to cancel one session due to food poisoning- not fun for my clients I&#8217;m sure.\u00a0 Hoping they are feeling a little bit better today:)<\/li>\n<li>Relaxed on the porch watching a storm roll in with Chris.<\/li>\n<li>Found a recipe for a delish cucumber and chick pea salad- we have to eat all those cucumbers somehow- ha!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wow- I can&#8217;t believe I&#8217;ve been keeping up with these weekly posts for 3 months now!\u00a0 I think because of the easy writing format I&#8217;m more inclined to sit and write these posts out to share with you.\u00a0 Plus keeping on a schedule with a deadline keeps me in check.
