We celebrated 5 years together in a place where it kinda all began.\u00a0 Six years and 1 month ago Chris proposed to me on a weekend trip to the Hudson Valley Wineries.\u00a0 SO what better way to celebrate(since we couldn’t afford Tuscany or Napa this year:) than to take a day trip.\u00a0 Together, no work, no computers, just us.\u00a0 We actually went to a winery we had never been to before and got to explore and enjoy something new together.\u00a0 Millbrook Winery<\/a> is our new favorite up there.\u00a0 I’m actually surprised we hadn’t been to this one before.\u00a0 I guess because it’s just a little farther away we hadn’t driven there previously.\u00a0 It was beautiful, snow and all(most if it had melted but still!) and they do weddings here in case you were interested.\u00a0 I think a winery wedding would be spectacular.\u00a0 I wish I had thought of that, but there is always a vow renewal!\u00a0 Winery or barefoot in the caribbean- I can’t decide?<\/p>\n

The Pinot Noir, Merlot and Hunt Country Red were all fantastic reds for this region.<\/p>\n
