Creme de Menthe<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup chocolate chips<\/p>\n<p><em>Icing:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>4-1\/2 oz. cool whip<\/p>\n<p>1 cup milk<\/p>\n<p>1 package instant pistachio pudding<\/p>\n<p>Mix together cake mix, eggs, club soda, oil, pudding and creme de menthe.\u00a0 Blend well with mixer.\u00a0 Pour batter into bundt pan that has been thoroughly sprayed with pam- make sure it&#8217;s really sprayed in the crevices of the pan or it won&#8217;t come out of the pan!\u00a0 Sprinkle 3\/4 cups(I may <em>or<\/em> may not put more in!) chocolate chips over batter.\u00a0 Stir by hand to blend.\u00a0 Bake in 350 oven for 45-50 minutes until done.\u00a0\u00a0 Let cake cool completely before removing from pan.\u00a0 Mix together icing ingredients and frost sides and top of cake.\u00a0 Top with additional chocolate chips.<\/p>\n<p>For cupcakes I fill each cup 3\/4 with batter and sprinkle a few chocolate chips into each cup, then bake.\u00a0 They will take less time- see cake box for times.\u00a0 These below were mini cupcakes which took even less time than the box said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2331\" title=\"Green Cake-2 w logo\" src=\"http:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/Green-Cake-2-w-logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/Green-Cake-2-w-logo.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/Green-Cake-2-w-logo-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2332\" title=\"Green Cake-3 w logo\" src=\"http:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/Green-Cake-3-w-logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/Green-Cake-3-w-logo.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/Green-Cake-3-w-logo-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2329\" title=\"Green Cake-4 w logo\" src=\"http:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/Green-Cake-4-w-logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/Green-Cake-4-w-logo.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.meridithdesmondphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/Green-Cake-4-w-logo-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This recipe is so so easy and much better than just straight from the box cake.\u00a0 Yum!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I also LOVE my turquoise vintage Pyrex bowls and containers.\u00a0 I&#8217;m sad that my polka dot one broke recently- Chris dropped it:(\u00a0 He was afraid to tell me, but what was I going to do?
