The wedding day was beautiful, it wasn’t snowing or raining.\u00a0 We all feared another snowicane which happened on this same weekend last year and guests wouldn’t be able to attend.\u00a0 I only took photos of the girls getting ready then I put away my camera and danced the night away letting, Peter<\/a>, the hired photographer take over:)\u00a0 It was nice to relax, enjoy the day, talk to family and friends and of course dance without having to worry about taking photos.\u00a0 I think the only person who could be the photographer and<\/em> Matron of Honor is Jasmine Star<\/a>– she rocks!<\/p>\n

Back to getting ready.\u00a0 Tara of Hot Mess<\/a> salon in Asbury came along with Alex to do hair and makeup at my parents house.\u00a0 I highly recommend Tara and Alex- they were fantastic!\u00a0 Very personable and exceptional service- we kinda wanted to hang out with them longer but we had a wedding to go to.\u00a0 Of course my husband Chris knows Tara from summer camp- haha, he seems to know everyone.\u00a0 Not kidding.\u00a0 Marissa was very relaxed all morning and I know she was excited but nervous at the same time.\u00a0 Everything went smoothly that morning and we even watched part of the Syracuse game, they won- go Cuse!\u00a0 Here we all are getting ready- thanks again Tara and Alex!\u00a0 Everyone looked beautiful.<\/p>\n

The dress was from Jae Hee<\/a> bridal in Englewood and Marissa looked stunning in her dress!<\/p>\n
