Especially when I see something like this:

Yesterday I had lunch in the city with one of my old coworkers and it was such a gorgeous day to walk around the city.  We had a nice lunch at a cute spot on 8th ave and 21st street with grey walls, white trim, chandeliers and B&W photos of old celebrities on the walls, my kinda place.  Oh and they have an $8.95 prix fixe lunch!  I can’t remember the name off the top of my head?

Afterwards I had to stop up at the 34th street Uniqlo to buy one of those heattech shirts for my mom, we’re hoping this keeps her warm so we are testing it out!  It was so nice to walk around the city since I really haven’t done so in a long time.  Even when I used to work there it was just walking to and from the train.  Plus 50 degrees in January isn’t something we see all the time.  On 33rd street I saw this reflection and just had to stop and take a photo.  I only had my phone but it captured the moment.

Ahh NYC trash in dirty puddles and all you still have a piece of me.
