Just a few photos of our Thanksgiving this year. We had lots to celebrate and be thankful for around our table. Patrick, Chris’ brother, and Kelli got engaged Wednesday night:) How fun to celebrate with them-I think I drank enough champagne for everyone! Ha. My mom is doing well and started up Chemo again, 6 more rounds then they will do more tests. Keep your fingers crossed & your prayers coming for a positive reaction to the chemo. My Aunt, Uncle and cousins were here to visit from Chicago as well so we had 16 people over to our place this year! Marissa came over Wednesday to help prep the turkey- we did a brine and it was so delish and moist!

If you decide to brine your turkey put it in a box so the ziploc bag stays upright and you do not have “water” leaking out of your fridge. This photo is before we had the leak! We had t0 pull a MacGyver and put cookie trays on the sides to keep it standing up straight!
