It was my birthday last week and we did lots of fun things to celebrate!

Over the past week I:

• Went to the lake in our town for the first time ever and even went in the water!  It wasn’t as bad as I thought- no slimy bottom or anything.  We will be frequenting here this summer to relax and stay cool.
• Made mint, lime and cucumber water for a wedding consult and it was delish!
• Handmade the first burgers of the season for the grill
• Photographed a baby shower for one of the sweetest couples I have ever met – pics to come this week!
• Photographed a family whose names all start with the letter “M”- love that obviously!  I could fit right in with them.  🙂
• Celebrated my birthday dinner/drinks/dessert a little late with some friends in the city at The Smith in midtown.  Love open air dining in NYC during the summer!
• Slept till 9:30 this morning after my long weekend of working, guess I needed it!
