It was a rainy, wet day the afternoon of their wedding at the Prospect Park Boat House in Brooklyn, NY but that didn’t stop us from getting some fun and very intimate portraits of these two.  I thin the rain actually helped make the day a little bit more romantic.  Thank you to Nadya Furnari for allowing me to capture their love with you.

We started out with a first look on the upstairs balcony where we were under cover from the rain.  Her grandfather ran in for a great big hug once he saw Lily:

Lily’s bouquet was one of my favorites ever!  Orange flowers with succulents and some pops of yellow and blue, so colorful and vibrant, and it photographed beautifully!

We then ventured outside complete with Hunter rain boots for some really romantic images of just the two of them.

I LOVE the lighting in these next few images, very dramatic and oh so beautiful!  Plus we were fully sheltered from the rain.  Love them!

The Boat House is an Audubon Center by day and there were a few reptiles hanging out for the ceremony as well:

The Boathouse is situated on a small lake- a beautiful wedding venue rain or shine!
