It was pouring rain as I showed up to Beth’s sisters house on their wedding day. I had been watching the radar and thought we would have a break in the rain right around the end of the ceremony so Beth and Justin could make their exit as husband and wife down the steps of her church. Lots of praying for the weather to subside worked! As we were ready to take some portraits of the girls before the ceremony, rays of sunshine shone down into the windows of the house. Beth looked gorgeous in her wedding gown and as the worry about the rain washed away from her face she was all smiles for the rest of the day. Beth and Justin said I do in front of so many of their family and friends under the glowing lights of the stained glass windows. A perfect setting for their love.
Beth and Justin, rain or shine I know you both will have a very long and bright future together. Thank you for trusting me to capture your love and allowing me into your lives over the past year. I can’t wait to see where your journey takes you both. Enjoy!

Beth was a little bit fashionably late arriving to the church- hence Justin’s expression on the right, but you can’t start without the bride. 😉

Beth is a teacher so all of her kids came to watch them get married at the church, how sweet:

John, my 2nd shooter for the day, took these next two of Beth and Justin:

I love this image of their moms laughing together, John took this one too!

What better way to end the evening that with a french fry bar- Yum!
