This has to be one of my most colorful and fun family sessions of the year. When your clients show up wearing bright bold colors and then jump and roll around in a huge pile of leaves it’s pretty much the perfect combination for me. I just love the fall colors here. Perfection. Layla, Michael’s mom, sprained her ankle earlier that day but still managed to walk around Hoboken for our session- thank you so much for being a trooper! These images are so worth it:)
Michael has the most gorgeous blue eyes and that hat is just the perfect addition to his outfit. Who says boy clothes aren’t fun?

Yay! Michael Boy you really know how to play, also make interesting facial and lip expressions; are you whistling already? I like that you can hang out on your own while mommy and daddy kiss or do whatever. I do not know what your daddy looked like when he was a babe your age? he may have been just a cute as you; although, ask your mommy to show you one of her black and white pictures sitting on a tractor in Leelanau County when she was your age. Perhaps, you can someday invite Gail your excellent and creative photographer to come to Traverse City while you are on one of your visits and she can take some pictures of you, mommy and daddy on Lake Michigan, on one of the beautiful trails, or on one of the beautiful farms.
