Kenni and I used to work together but have kept in touch and remained friends over facebook. Isn’t facebook great for things like that? She was interested in doing a session for her and her boyfriend, Kevin, so I suggested the meat packing district area in NYC- I’ve never shot there and when I showed up it was so, so crowded I was a little nervous. I think I get nervous before because I think that all these people will be watching me but once I’m behind the camera that all fades away. I feel the same at weddings too:) Anyway we went down some side streets and found some great locations with amazing light and by the length of this blog post you can tell I had a hard time to narrow these down! Kenni is so gorgeous and Kevin so in love with her I just loved to many of them.
Enjoy!
PS- isn’t her name cool too?

This next one cracks me up:

This is one of my favorites- LOVE it:

I was afraid this next one wouldn’t be sharp enough- handheld at 1/5 sec. A little blurry but not so bad.

It was so windy under The Standard Hotel– I love her hair in these. Sometimes I wish I had long hair- but it just doesn’t look this good on me:)

Thanks Kenni and Kevin- I loved walking around and talking with you both! Lets hang out again soon.
