Hi all- hope everyone enjoyed the fantastic weather we had over the long weekend, I’m catching up because I didn’t do any work over the weekend, just enjoyed myself.  It was so nice to relax.  We definitely made the most of it with a BBQ at our house with family on Saturday.  It was gorgeous out and I had Chris take some photos of me before everyone got there- I love these white flowers in our driveway and I LOVED my dress from Anthropologie that I got on sale last year for $9.90- yup that’s right, under $10- whoohooo!  That just never happens at Anthropologie.  The color is fantastic and it has pockets- 2 things I love!

OK it is VERY hard to have your photo taken when you are by yourself- I mean what do you do with no one to interact with?  And I’m a photographer?!??!  So I was practicing for my head shot session this coming weekend with my Photographer friend Nadya- new pics for my website and blog coming soon:)  Chris did a good job on these and was trying to make me laugh (at myself) so this is what we got:

These are my more serious ones- ha!

At the beautiful picnic table all set up with those white flowers and outdoor plastic plates from Pottery Barn that my sister gave me a few years ago.  Love those plates:)  Then everyone showed up, we played some games, ate and enjoyed life.  I didn’t pick up my camera and I always do that!  I need to take more photos at my OWN parties!  Next time:)
