Kathy + Chris – Expecting

Kathy and Chris are my 2 favorite people to hang out with while tailgating for the JETS games:)  Even over my husband because well he’s really a Giants fan at heart(although sometimes he wishes he was a JETS fan- ha:)  Hopefully there is a season this year!?!  I was very excited when I found out Kathy was pregnant and they have asked me to take some photos before their little girl arrives in June.

They were supposed to get engagement photos from their wedding photographer but it just didn’t work out before the wedding so he was going to do an after the wedding session for them- well he skipped out on that and took off with their money for the albums and prints they purchased in their package and all they have is a disk of images:(  I’m hoping to create a wedding album for them because at least they have the disk, which is great news!  I mean what professional does that?  And I hear about it all the time- it makes me so sad that these things happen in the photography industry.

I made up for it with these fun and beautiful images on the Brooklyn Bridge and just walking around on the streets of New York.  I love NYC for sessions- every place I look I want to take a photo- ha!  A perfect afternoon with overcast sky for shooting on the bridge- because there is NO shade up there:)  Enjoy and can’t wait to meet your little girl!

They were laughing and having a great time during the session but Kathy wanted a serious photo.  They were almost laughing too much to get it- ha!  Here you go:)  LOVE it.
