Taking it back to just about 1 year ago with baby Luca and his brand new parents, Kristen and Matt!  Kristen is my former roommates sister and we have known each other for a very long time, gah 18 years dare I say!  She always has everything totally put together- house decor, clothes, trendy painted nails and her fabulous shoes!  Too bad we are not the same shoe size because I heard through the grapevine that she gave away some shoes when they moved into their new home just 2 years ago because they didn’t all fit into her shoe closet:)

When they found out they were having a baby the nursery decor was no exception – yellow and grey elephant theme complete with a shag rug!  Baby Luca was nice and cozy for our in home newborn photo session on that rug.  Congrats on celebrating his first birthday this past weekend and I hope you have enjoyed every minute of this past year!  I’ve truly enjoyed watching him grow and of course seeing you both become such loving and caring parents.
